Abdul Rahman Saif Al Ghurair, Shareholder & Advisor

 

H.E. Abdul Rahman Saif Al Ghuhair is the Chairman of Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Board Member of Abdul Rahman Saif Al Ghurair Investments LLC and Dubai Economic Council since 2003.

 

Mr. Al Ghurair recently retired from the position as Chairman of Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

 

Al Ghurair is also board member of a number of leading organizations including Commercial Bank of Dubai, OTIS Elevator Company ME, Mashreq Bank and National Bank and National Cement Co.

 

His Excellency also owns Al Ghurair Exchange and is the Chairman of Raqmiyat LLC and Trigon Computer LLC.

Rt. Hon Dame Jenny Shipley DCNZ, Shareholder & Advisor

Former Prime Minister of New Zealand

 

Dame Jenny Shipley is an Independent Director of a number of companies in NZ and offshore. She is Chairman of Genesis Energy. Since 2007 she has served as an Independent Director on China Construction Bank and is now the Chairman of the China Construction Bank in New Zealand.

 

Jenny Shipley was a Senior Minister in the New Zealand Government in the 1990’s and a driving force in the successful decade of economic and social reform in NZ where deficits were brought under control, public debt reduced and positive growth rates were achieved.

 

As Prime Minister from 1997 to 1999,   Jenny led a Coalition and a Minority Government in the first NZ MMP parliament. She brought NZ through the Asian Crisis and returned the economy to growth of over 4 %.  She chaired APEC in NZ in 1999.  She retired from NZ politics in 2002.

 

Dame Jenny travels extensively in her role as a director, a keynote speaker and in association with her consultancy. She is a regular visitor to China. Her key area of interest is strategic leadership and shaping the future.  She tracks, analyses and commentates on geo-political, demographic, economic and social mega trends.

Adriana Tong, Shareholder & Director

Adriana Tong is an investment banker with more than 35 years experience in the investment sector including equity, capital market, options and futures. She is currently a director of Asia Pacific Partners Limited and an advisor to various companies in North Asia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

 

Originally from Singapore, Adriana has been in New Zealand for over 45 years. She has extensive knowledge of the east and west including the business culture and various market conditions, which have been a benefit to transacting business. Adriana is the director and advisor of a number of businesses in the nutraceutical and functional food industry. She is a member of New Zealand Global Women, an established member of the New Zealand Asian Leaders (NZAL) and a former advisor to NZTE’s Beachheads Advisory Board.

Donne Marie Aeria, LL.B (Hons), BBM, Associate

 

Donne has practiced law in Singapore for more than 30 years specializing in commercial & corporate law, intellectual property and real estate, negotiation and mediation.  She has represented multi-national corporations, public listed companies and public institutions.  Donne has developed a wide network of contacts within Singapore and the Asia-Pacific, both in the legal and commercial sectors.  In service to the community, Donne has offered her pro bono services in various capacities to a multitude of organizations and has generated immense goodwill.  She is a consultant with her Singapore law firm, Cornerstone Law LLP.  Donne brings her experience and network to Asia Pacific Partners Limited where she hopes to contribute to the growth of New Zealand institutions and the welfare of the New Zealand people.
